Utopia (6 of 6)
Publication Date: September 28, 2010
Chapter: English Literature in the Sixteenth Century
I must admit, this strip has absolutely nothing to do with Utopia, I just felt like drawing it. It came to mind because I started thinking that Deirdre - who is supposed to be an incredibly smart, if not slightly mad girl - was getting a little too insane. So even though she's seen enough fantastic stuff to make her take most things at face value, it was about time she started to doubt the existence of She-Jesus.
It's also worth noting that even I'm not sure if She-Jesus is real or not right now. I think that's part of the fun.
