Enter the Owlwoman. She likes to eat children, and frequently carries them around on her back, presumably so she'll have a snack during those long road trips. In this instance, she's found a young chipmunk in a tree, and tries (rather poorly) to convince said chipmunk to come down. You'd think a woman that's half owl could just fly up there.
