Le Morte D'Arthur (4 of 11)
Publication Date: August 10, 2010
Chapter: English Literature During The Middle Ages
Alright, so the knights yell at Lance and tell him that the jig is up. As the first knight comes through the door, Lance stabs him and slams the door shut again. He then strips the armor off the dead guy and marches arrogantly into the room. The other thirteen knights are promptly terminated in the span of a few sentences. This really only proves two things: one, Sir Lancelot is a total badass; and two, Sir Lancelot is batshit crazy.
Because of those two things, I find myself rooting for him now. Up yours, Arthur! Lance is the man!
