The Countess of Pembroke's Arcadia

Publication Date: January 17, 2011

Chapter: English Literature in the Sixteenth Century

You know, I can't tell you a whole lot about "Arcadia." Only a few Norton pages are devoted to the otherwise long work, so my opinion is rather ill-informed. Apparently, there's this one dude, that's in love with this one chick, but that chick's mom is in love with him. To sneak into their estate, the dude disguises himself as a chick, and while the mom sees through his disguise, her husband falls in love with the dude in the wig and fake boobs.

Hey, whatever floats his boat.
