- The Norton Anthology of English Literature, Seventh Edition: This was the same textbook I used in college while earning my English degree. Since then, I know the Eighth Edition has been released, but I see no particular reason to upgrade. My copy of the Seventh Edition is split into two volumes, each of which is huge and the size of a large brick (hence the comic’s title). You can find them on Amazon here and here.
- The Norton Anthology of American Literature, Sixth Edition: Shortly after the comic began, I got a copy of the American Norton, split into five volumes. When England bores me, I’ll sometimes pull material from across the pond. These strips are tagged as “The New World” on the site. You can find them on Amazon here.
