Paradise Lost (7)

Publication Date: September 6, 2011

Chapter: English Literature in the Early Seventeenth Century

These strips are sort of serving as "The Secret Origin of She-Jesus." Before she discovered humanity, she apparently just killed time by sleeping a lot, hanging out on her dad's foot and playing shuffleboard with the angels. The beauty of Paradise Lost is that "the Son of God" is one of the primary characters, so I didn't even have to think of a reason to shoehorn her into the strip. I love it when opportunities like this just fall into my lap.
