3/4 of this comic is technically just a Delusionary State strip, but in revisiting all of Molly’s past companions this week, James and Deirdre had to show up somehow. If you’re wondering why they’re inexplicably in Narnia (or some very Narniaesque location) instead of where I left them in DS, it’s fairly simple: Delusionary State is more or less stuck in September 2011, which is when – in our odd little timeline – Deirdre left Molly for adventure. Since Lit Brick is now in January 2012 (the Molly strips always take place – more or less – in the present), we’re therefore getting a tiny glimpse of future DS adventures.
So, um, spoiler alert, I guess.

*bear voice* FOR SHE-ASLAN
That’s not She-Aslan! That’s a donkey in a She-Aslan suit!
Compliments on the reference to the final book of Narnia, fishamaphone. ^^
Well now I know Deirdre is doing to live through the current DS arc. Unintentional spoiler makes me sad
I wasn’t aware people wanted her dead. Good to know.
*tips hat*
You win.
Huh. Of all the words I could think of to describe Deirdre, ‘pixie’ would NOT have been my first choice. ^^ Still, if you look at the older faerie-tales, it might not be all that inappropriate…
Yeah, I would’ve guessed a Peter Pan reference from the first panel’s text… but this is much better.
I can’t resist a good wardrobe… and She-Aslan! Hysterical. This comic is excellent.
